We collect your name, email address, postcode, the petition version you signed and verification timestamps to verify signatures, prevent duplicates, administer the petition and present representations to the named recipients. We do not publish your personal details on the website.
When you sign, your details may be disclosed to the configured petition recipients, currently intended to include Willie Rennie MSP, SRUC and Fife Council. The group must establish and publish its lawful basis, retention period, controller details, recipients and data rights procedure before launch. No marketing consent is implied by signing.
To request withdrawal, use the withdrawal form. Requests concerning data already delivered to recipients may also need to be directed to those recipients.
